Olivi is a filtered olive oil of the highest quality with an acidity of less than 0.5%, very light and mild in taste and comes from the Nikolopoulos house in Messinia. It is ideal for salads, as well as for cooking, baking and roasting.
It is obtained directly from the olives, using only mechanical cold pressing methods to ensure excellent quality and low acidity. The result is a very fine oil with a mild, fruity aroma.
