Dies ist mittlerweile meine Basiswürze für Mediterranes.Vieles Anderes, selbst in Griechenland gekauftes, schmeckt dagegen wie Heu. Da heisst es für mich : aufpassen, dass dieser feine, würzige Oregano immer vorrätig ist. Ganz wichtig ist das Verzwirbeln mit den Fingern vor dem Würzen!

Mittlerweile unentbehrlich ist mir dieser wohlschmeckende Oregano. Mit den Fingern zerrieben entfaltet er ein köstliches Aroma. Da er im Glas geliefert wird, kann er auch nicht frühzeitig pulverisiert werden.Einfach perfekt!

Dieser Oregano schmeckt außergewöhnlich intensiv und ist in Kombination mit der Olivenpaste ein absolutes Gedicht. Aber auch über Pizza, Pasta und Salate gestreut sorgt er für einen feinen Geschmack. Das charakteristische Aroma des Oreganos bereichert so viele Gerichte - werde ihn jetzt immer auf Vorrat haben.
