Our olive paste is made from the fine Kalamata olives according to a special, traditional recipe. It is wonderful as a spread on bread, added to pasta, added to sauces or enjoyed on its own. You can refine them individually with fresh spices and herbs such as oregano, basil, dill or thyme or reinforce them with garlic.
